Steps to get started:

Aside from getting our end of life documents in order, we should consider and ask ourselves the following:

"What do I value most in my life?"

"How do I want to be remembered?"

"How would I like to die?"

     "What’s important to me?"

These are big questions and not easy for everyone to come to terms with so we've compiled some materials to get you started.

  1. Start by checking out our list of helpful resources.
  2. Ensure that all of your end of life documents are in order.
  3. Make sure you communicate with your loved ones and health care providers
What is a fear of living? It’s being afraid of dying. It is not doing what you came here to do, out of timidity and spinelessness. The antidote is to take full responsibility for yourself – for the time you take up and the space you occupy. If you don’t know what you’re here to do, then just do some good.
